Royden Hearn

Royden joined Elders directly after graduating from Dookie College with a degree in Agriculture. He began his career as an Agronomist at Elders Swan Hill before moving to Elders Deniliquin. Throughout his career, Royden has enjoyed living and working across a range of locations throughout Australia, from west to east, and feels grateful for the diverse opportunities the agricultural industry has provided.

He also gained extensive experience working with global crop protection companies for more than 20 years, holding a variety of roles at local, state, national, and international levels.

Royden enjoys the diversity of his role as Area Manager, where he oversees all Elders products, branches, and people across Western Victoria. He is passionate about being visible and approachable within the network, regularly engaging with both clients and his team. Royden is dedicated to supporting and enabling his team to grow while delivering excellent outcomes for Elders clients. He takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding clients’ operations, and ensuring Elders provides high-quality service and advice tailored to their goals.

In addition, Royden is a Licensed Agent with a genuine enthusiasm for the real estate sector. He is guided by strong personal values, including integrity, agility, loyalty, and authenticity.

Outside of work, Royden enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and making the most of the outdoors. He is a passionate supporter of local football and netball and takes great pride in watching his children participate in club sports.
